Our Free Range Eggs

We still have some amazing rescue chickens – they are living their best life as is evident from the size of some of the eggs they are laying – very painful I imagine!! It is still rare to get a double yolker – feel extra lucky when it happens!  Half a dozen of these gorgeous eggs form part of our welcome pack for the holiday let guests – they are much appreciated…….

Every morning when I let the chickens out we have a chat about the state of the world – I try very hard not to talk to them but it is impossible…….!
